Payer Status Improvements

Payer statuses now have more practical impact across the application:

  • Expiring a payer now shows a modal listing any active bookings and linked venues, so you can review the impact before confirming
  • Expired payers appear with a strikethrough in search filters for clear visual distinction
  • Expired and On Hold payers can no longer be selected when assigning a payer to a booking
These improvements help prevent accidental assignments to inactive payers and provide better visibility into payer status impacts.

Invoice Creation Timestamp

A new Created column has been added to the Finance > Invoices list, showing when each invoice was created. The list now defaults to sorting by most recently created. The column displays the date and time in your local format.

Holdovers — Additional Data Fields

Five new optional columns are available on the Holdovers page: Lifetime Total, Weekend Total, Drop-off %, Number of Weeks, and Screens. These are hidden by default and can be enabled through the column customization menu.

Returns Page Performance

The Returns page has been significantly optimized. New Production and Country filters reduce the data loaded on the page, and backend queries have been reworked to eliminate the slow load times previously experienced (up to 25 seconds in some cases).

Page load times have been dramatically improved, providing a much smoother user experience.

Cinedi Import Improvements

Cinedi imports no longer prompt for country selection, and figures are now imported as BOR data (previously imported as Flash).

Peppol Invoice Metadata

Peppol e-invoices now include Title, Playweek, Venue, and any comments in the Note field, making it easier to match invoices to bookings in external accounting systems.

Bug Fixes

  • Holdovers — venue count: The "Total Next Week" count no longer includes canceled bookings.
  • Holdovers — sorting: Venues with missing rank/total data now sort below populated values instead of appearing at the top.
  • Booking cancellation: Canceling a booking from the details page no longer causes it to disappear from the main Bookings list.
