Mica tracks DCP and KDM shipments through a series of statuses as they progress from initial request to delivery. Most statuses are set automatically by your content vendor's system, while a few are managed within Mica itself. This reference covers every status you may encounter.

Not all statuses apply to every shipment. The specific statuses you see depend on your vendor's workflow and the delivery method being used.

Where to Find Shipping Statuses

Shipping statuses appear in several places throughout Mica:

  • Booking detail page — The Shipping section shows the current status for each DCP and KDM delivery associated with a booking
  • Bookings browse page — The Ship column shows delivery status at a glance when browsing bookings
  • KDM page — Navigate to BookingsKDM to see all KDM delivery statuses across bookings
The typical happy path for a digital delivery is: OrderedWaiting for VendorReceived By VendorProcessingReady to SendSentDelivered. Physical deliveries follow a similar flow but pass through Despatching and Despatched instead.
